1. Registration and Payments

• All registrations are non-transferable unless approved by the organizing committee.

• Full payment is required to confirm your participation.

• Refund requests may be considered up to 30 days before the event. Administrative charges may apply.

2. Abstracts and Publications

• Submissions must be original and free of plagiarism.

• By submitting, you grant ICRS a non-exclusive license to publish your work in the conference proceedings or affiliated journals.

• Authors retain copyright to their work.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Respect fellow attendees and speakers

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior

• Comply with the instructions of event organizers

Violation may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, materials, recordings, and visuals produced by ICRS remain the property of the organization unless otherwise stated. Use or reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

ICRS reserves the right to:

• Modify the event schedule or format (e.g., virtual/hybrid)

• Cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

• Update these Terms at any time (users will be notified on the website)

6. Liability Disclaimer

ICRS is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage during participation

• Travel disruptions or visa denials

• Third-party service failures (e.g., payment gateways)
